Exchange and return policy:
- The customer has the right to inspect the goods before receiving it, as the original is that the goods were delivered intact and in factory condition, and no complaint of shortage, breakage, or the like will be accepted after 24 hours of receiving the product.
- You can return within (14) fourteen days and exchange within (14) fourteen days from the date of receiving the order, and the store has the right to deduct any additional shipping fees to return the product
- When returning or exchanging goods, they must be in their original condition as they were delivered and with their original packaging
- Products that are not in their original condition are excluded from the return or exchange policy
- Bank Refund: 5-14 working days after receipt of returned items inspection
- The product is subject to examination by the competent department to ensure that it conforms to the packaging conditions and to verify the presence of all its supplies, in order to issue acceptance or rejection for exchange or return.
The return will be done to the customer’s account by bank transfer in compliance with the above conditions
